Our Summer General Camps are suitable for any budding gymnast aged 5+. They are fun and exciting sessions incorporating gymnastic fundamentals.
Our typical camp - 9.30am - 1pm;
9.30am - 10.30am - Welcome & warm up games and stretching
10.30am - 11.45am - Mixture of floor and vaulting activities
11.45am - 12pm - breaktime
12pm - 1pm - tumble preps
Days will vary and we like to change things up! But we love to have fun!
