These sessions are designed for those just starting out in gymnastics. Working on bars, beam. floor & vault you will develop a good foundation of gymnastic skills.
All General gymnasts work towards the exclusive British Gymnastics RISE Award Scheme.
You will be offered the chance to compete at local friendly competitions and our Club Championships.
